Smart Start #2 is unique to Playcare because we care for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years. We have 2 buildings that sit next to each other with shared parking. The first building houses the infants through 3 year-olds. The second is our “school building” that contains our School Age program for before and after school and days out of school care for elementary school children. Transportation is provided for the school age children to and from schools on the east side of Lawton.

We have a great team of teachers here at our school that are also committed to our students. We have a Master Teacher in every classroom to ensure quality care and educationl activities. They range in experience from one year to twelve years. Our professional staff have your child’s best interests and future education at heart. Every lesson plan from the infant room to the 3 year old room is geared toward the goal of making your child ready both socially and educationally for success in school and later as an adult.

We have an open door policy and invite all of our parents to come in and visit, or perhaps you would like to read a story, share your culture, sing a song, or maybe share a recipe or two. Whatever your specialty is you are always welcome to be another source of our learning information.I f you are looking for a nurturing educational environment with one convenient location for all of your children we truly believe you will find that and more at our school. Testimonials

For all your patience day to day, For every tear you wipe away, for little hands you gently hold, and all the stories you have told. For consoling tender hearts, and all the wisdom you impart, for silly songs and quiet times, for peaceful naps and nursery rhymes. For teaching children how to share, for being kind and being fair. For every shoe that you have tied, and thoughtful words that instill pride. For all the sweet things that you do, to help the children all year through, for being there in place of me….I’m grateful and will always be!

Sincerely Thank You!
